• Free UPS ground shipping is available within the continental United States, 
• Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping rates are calculated by weight of the product
• All orders are shipped in the order they are received unless you've paid for expedited services
• Bracket orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. 

Warranty and Shipping Guarantee Policy

Coverage
Studlock Brackets provides the following warranty and shipping guarantees:

1. Warranty for Brackets
   UltraShelf Studlock Brackets are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and are guaranteed to support up to 50 pounds per stud when installed in compliance with the provided instructions.

2. Shipping Guarantee
   UltraShelf guarantees the replacement of any shelves damaged during shipping at no additional cost, provided that the damage is reported within 30 days of receipt.

Claim Process
To make a warranty or shipping damage claim:

• For damaged brackets: Submit a photograph of the damage along with a written description to support@studlockbrackets.com.

Exclusions
The warranty and shipping guarantee do not cover:

• • Pre-existing conditions or damages present in home or office prior to purchase.
  • Damages resulting from fire, vandalism, improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damages resulting from natural disasters or "acts of God," including but not limited to flooding, earthquakes, or lightning.
